Starting a new sport can be intimidating – that’s why our staff members are trained to put you at ease. When you join one of our classes, our instructors will work with you to establish your current skill and physical fitness level. Once that’s sorted out, they’ll suggest a skill level that is right for you to ensure you get a great workout and perfect your technique.
